Fish fingers from Alaska Pollock fillet
breaded, pre-fried, quick frozen

Net weight: 6 kg
Ingredients: Alaska pollock fillets (53%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, spices, yeast), water, rapeseed oil, wheat flour, rice semolina, potato starch, salt
Designation of quality retention time:  Keeps its quality: until the date indicated on the packaging (dd.mm.yyyy)
Food storage: Store at -18°C or lower

Usage:
Frying pan:  Heat oil up on a pan. Fry fish fingers at medium temperature for 5-7 minutes, turning over several times.
Deep fryer: Fry in deep oil heat up to 180°C for 4-5 minutes.
Oven: Heat up oven to 230°C. Put frozen fish fingers on a tray and bake for 10-12 minutes (you can use baking paper).
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
