Usage:
Frying pan: Heat the oil on the pan. Put the frozen fish portions. Fry 8-10 minutes, turning around from time to time.
Oven: Heat the oven up to 225°C, bake from frozen for 15 minutes.
Combi-steamer: Heat the combi-steamer up to 225°C, bake from frozen for 12 minutes.
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
