The product may contain eggs, soy bean, mustard, crustaceans.

Food storage: Store at -18°C or lower
Usage:
Frying pan: Heat the oil on the pan. Put the frozen fish portions. Fry 10-12 minutes, turning around from time to time.
Oven: Heat the oven up to 225°C, bake from frozen for 15 min.
Combi-steamer: Heat the oven up to 225°C, bake from frozen for 12 min.
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
