Storage instructions: Keep below -18°C
Usage: After defrosting, treat as fresh shellfish. Remove the product from the packaging! Place the frozen contents into a sauce pan and cover! Cook over high heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mussels open! In a microwave: place the mussels in an appropriate dish, covered, and cook for 3 minutes at 800W. Stir, then cook for another 2 minutes at the same power. Discard any unopened mussels! Use the defrosted product immediately!
