Ingredients: Vegetables 88% (carrot, beetroot, parsnip), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower) in varying proportions, rice and corn flour, modified starch, dextrin, salt, stabilizer: xanthan gum, methylcellulose; colorants: paprika extract, turmeric; vegetable concentrates (beetroot, carrot, hibiscus).

Storage: Store at -18°C or below
Usage:

• In a deep fryer: Preheat the oil to 175°C. Fry ½ basket of the product for about 3 minutes.
• In a convection oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread 1000g of the product evenly on a baking tray and bake for about 8 minutes.

For best results, fry the product from frozen. Always fry to a golden brown and crispy. Do not overcook. Reduce cooking time when frying smaller quantities.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
