Crispers V-cut Skin-on Potatoes
Pre-fried, quick-frozen
Net Weight:2.5 kg (2.5 kg/package, 5 packages/carton)
Ingredients:Potatoes (88.5%), sunflower oil, coating (5.5%) [modified starch, rice flour, dextrin, thickener: xanthan gum], salt
Shelf Life Indication:Best before: See the date indicated on the packaging (dd.mm.yyyy)
Storage Instructions:Store at -18°C or lower
Usage:
Deep Fryer:Preheat the oil to 175°C. Fry half a basket of product for approximately 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
Convection Oven:Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
For best results, cook the product from frozen. Always cook to a golden brown and crispy texture. Do not overcook. When cooking smaller quantities, reduce the cooking time. Do not refreeze after thawing!
