Ingredients: Alaska pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) (58%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, spices, yeast), rapeseed oil, water, wheat flour, potato starch, salt
Designation of quality retention time: Keeps its quality: until the date indicated on the packaging (dd.mm.yyyy)
Food storage: Store at -18°C or lower
Usage:
Oven: Put the baking tray on the middle rack and preheat oven to 220°C, put the frozen fish fingers onto the baking tray and bake them for 15-17 minutes. Turn the fish fingers once after 9 minutes. In circulation air oven bake 13-15 minutes and turn after 8 minutes.
Pan:Put the still frozen fish fingers in a pan with oil. Fry at moderate heat for 5-8 minutes.
Do not refreeze after defrosting!
