Boneless, cut and shaped from block. Pre-fried, quick-frozen product.

Ingredients: Alaskan pollock fillet 50% (Theragra chalcogramma), flour (wheat, rice, corn), water, canola oil, modified wheat starch, maltodextrin, table salt, wheat protein, leavening agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), dextrose, yeast.
The product may contain traces of crustaceans, eggs, soybeans, milk and lactose, celery, mustard due to cross-contamination.

Storage instructions: Store at -18°C or below
Usage:
In a Pan - Recommended: Heat oil, fry at medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
In the Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C, bake fish bites in the middle of the oven for about 12-14 minutes.
In a Deep Fryer - Alternative: Heat oil to 180°C. Fry the frozen product for 6-8 minutes.

Do not refreeze after thawing!
