Usage:
Oven: Heat the oven to 200°C and put the frozen fillets on the baking tray. Bake for about 16 minutes (with fan for about 15 minutes). We recommend to use baking paper (due to a possibility of a sauce leaking during baking).
Pan: Heat up oil on a pan. Frozen fillets fry on a middle heat for about 10 minutes, turning them round from time to time.
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
