Fresh mushrooms, which have been washed, breaded, pre-fried frozen and packaged. Prepared from selected mushrooms under sanitary conditions.

Ingredients: Mushroom (51%), wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (sunflower oil, rapeseed, in variable ratio), fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium, iron, thiamin, niacin), potato starch, egg albumen, potato dextrin, salt, yeast, raising agents (E450, E500), black pepper extract
Designation of quality retention time: Keeps its quality: until the date indicated on the packaging (dd.mm.yyyy)
Food storage: Store at -18°C
Usage:
Oven: Preheat the oven at 220ºC (220°C for fan assisted oven), place frozen product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Turn once during baking-time.
Allow product to cool down for 5 minutes before consumption.
Deep-fry: Preheat oil at 180ºC, use frozen product. Fry for 4 minutes until golden brown.
Allow product to cool down for 5 minutes before consumption.
Product is suitable for preparation in an air fryer, instructions not yet validated.
Product is not suitable for preparation in a microwave oven.
Do not thaw the product before preparation.
Do not refreeze!
