In steam oven at 100°C, cook 20 minutes for 2.5kg of frozen product in a perforated gastronorm.
In combi-mixte oven at 160°C with 60% steam, cook 20 minutes for 2.5kg of frozen product in an uncovered gastronorm.
In a stir fry pan: cook 12 minutes for 500g of frozen product.
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
