Usage:
Steam oven: at 100°C, cook 12 minutes for 2.5kg of frozen product in a perforated gastronorm.
In unprewarmed convection oven: at 120°C, cook 45 minutes for 2.5kg of frozen product in an uncovered full gastronorm.
In boiling water (3l), cook 3 minutes when boiling again for 1kg of frozen product. 
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
