Usage:
Oven: pre-heat oven at appr. 200°C hot-air, put the spinach burgers into the oven and bake them for about 16-18 minutes. Turn them over at the half of the baking time.
Pan: heat oil in a pan, fry the spinach medaillons about 6-8 minutes. Turn them over at the half of the frying time.
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
