Usage:
Cooking: Recommended to cook when thawed at (+240) – (+260) °C on an electric griddle until the desired doneness is reached.
Gentle thawing (at 2-6°C): - In unopened vacuum packaging, the shelf life is 72 hours from the time it is removed from the -18°C freezer. If the vacuum packaging is opened after thawing, the shelf life is 12 hours when stored at 2-6°C. The cooking loss is approximately 30–35%, depending on the degree of doneness (rare, medium-rare, medium, or well done).
Do not refreeze thawed patties! This also applies to unopened but thawed bags!
