Food storage: Store at -18°C or lower

Usage:
Frying pan:  Heat up the oil on the pan. Put the frozen fish portions and fry for app. 10-12 minutes, turning around from time to time until they become golden brown.
 Oven: Heat up an oven to 225°C, put frozen fish portions on the higher shelf and bake for app. 15 minutes. Do not bake more than 6 portions on the shelf at once.
Combi-steamer: Heat up a combi -steamer to 225°C, put fozen fish portions in and bake for app. 12 minutes.
Do not re-freeze after thawing.
