Usage: After defrosting, treat as fresh shellfish! Immediately prepare and consume shortly after defrosting! Only consume after cooking! Defrosting: approximately 1 hour at room temperature, or 5 minutes under cold tap water. Can be prepared on an outdoor grill, in a pan, or in a grill oven in 3-6 minutes. When the shrimp turns red, it is ready to eat. Do not refreeze after defrosting!
