Usage:
Net weight: 2.5 kg (5 x 2.5 kg/#)

Usage:
- Deep fryer: Preheat the oil to 175°C. Fry ½ basket of the product for about 3 minutes.
- Convection oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the potato wedges evenly on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Pan: Preheat oil over medium heat. Fry the product until golden brown and crispy.
Do not refreeze after thawing!
