Description:Frozen, pre-fried product.

Storage Instructions:Store at -18°C or lower.
Usage Instructions:
Oven:Preheat the oven and baking tray to 220°C. Without thawing, bake the fish fillet sticks on the top rack for 15-17 minutes (in a gas oven, on the 4-5 level, the baking time is approximately 13-15 minutes). Turn the fish fillet sticks over after 10 minutes.
Pan:Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillet sticks without thawing over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, turning them occasionally, until golden brown.
Do not refreeze after thawing! Requires heat treatment before consumption.
